I know diminishing return D: i just had a test on it today. "The output value is more than the input value, but it is less than the previous output value (the rate of increase is just decreasing, but the overall rate is still positive, so increasing.)".

Diminishing return does not apply to that. If you dont spend any turns then your marginal output is 0. It is neither positive return, nor negative return, nor diminishing return. Besides if MIG was on a diminishing return, then it would be harder to catch up because WE WOULD STILL BE INCREASING.
I dont want to argue or something, just wanted to point it out..still in an economics-mind after the test.
