Why my money and xp gone so much??

i'm a newbie to this game, so im not so understand about this situation

i had 11k at last two day , and i rent a filthy underground apartment at that day,it said cost 50$ per week only right ?

after that day, my cost suddenly increase to 3k, and i thought that is the cost for renting a new house, so i didnt really think anything.

but at today, which mean 2 day after i rent the house.
i had 7k expense in my finialcial details and my gold drop to 5k.

why is it like this ??i hope i can have a answer or maybe someone teach me how to prevent this situation??

PS: i make a profit of 1.500$ at the day after of renting the underground.
2 day after i rent the house, i also make same profit which is 1.500$....

well it WAS a cost of renting a house first time.... but later...
you are too small in level to fal into potato trap(when you have more than 20 items of one type you lose 1000$ for each item above this nuber e.g. for 23 items you you to pay 3000$ as storage fees) and you don't have any mobsters..... no purchases in Black Market you forgot about? are you sure no robberies were targeted at you?

Another possible cause are too many mobsters. Each mobster must be paid a weekly basic stipend plus a percentage of your crime profits.
