How can I bounce back after being away for a month and now in debt 180k and only able to make about 8k per day it seems impossible to come back.... yet the game information said some people use it as a tactic yet I came back battered and broken and malnourished lol. Is there anyway to come back from my vacation or am I pretty much just done for?

Actually there are some crimes that can give millions. A successful one of them will get you out of debt immediately. Just make sure you aren't paying any storage fees or you'll be back in deep in no time.

Another solution, if you are in a gang, you could ask them for enough money to cover those debts. After that you can put them back in the treasury little by little. After all, that is what gangs are for.

there are quite a few simple crimes that will get you out of debt within 3 days

Boost a Car,Steal Weapons,Break into the tech shop,Rob Sam's(it's a bit hard),
hack your neighbour's pc(it would give you less cash,but success guaranteed)
Break into Neighbour's safe(this too gives less cash)
