so i got 20 horse pieces...babies...why wont they grow up? i havent had a new one pop up in over a week, its lvl 3 and food and health is ok..wtf?

I haven't played with horses much but my impression is that you need a training ground to level them up? But again, I have yet to really crack the mysteries of the horse industry.

well if your food and health are high, and medication is low, and if your breedery is high, you should be getting horses often.

in order to have better horses, you must have a highend breedary. the higher the breedary the better the starting stats they get. and you must work with a training ground owner so he/she can train specific stats and lvl them up for you.

Hi Aztec-
There are items in the game which cannot be purchased on the Black Market. The Breedery lvl2 you seek is an example of one of these items.

Your options with items such as this are:

Commit a crime that would result in you getting the item as part of the Booty.
Look for the item on the Players Market.
Try to make a deal to purchase the item from another player, or get a gang mate to send it to you.
Locate a player who has one and STEAL it from them!
