Hi Aztec-
There are items in the game which cannot be purchased on the Black Market. The Breedery lvl2 you seek is an example of one of these items.
Your options with items such as this are:Commit a crime that would result in you getting the item as part of the Booty.
Look for the item on the Players Market.
Try to make a deal to purchase the item from another player, or get a gang mate to send it to you.
Locate a player who has one and STEAL it from them!
