What are the BEST jobs??

I was wondering for newbies what are the best jobs to train for and which jobs you should hire? Also, do we hire people within our own mob or do we hire outside of it?


Another thing I am all ready $50 in the whole in the negative and I justed signed up. How can I get money following quicker. I just learned how to program jobs right now. LOL!

For starting out if you are in a gang, the best thing you can do is ask your leader or fellow gangmates what jobs (aka specialties) they need. As you get to higher levels, different crimes will need different specialties in order to succeed. But, if you are like me you just pick whatever you like the most and in that case get as creative as you like. No one skill is better than the other, it just depends on what you want to do with your character.

And when you hire mobsters, you are hiring from the same group of mobsters everyone else in the whole game uses. They are not unique to your gang.

Keep doing them! And don't hire any mobsters yet.. that comes later when you have much more money. For now focus on the very easy crimes and see which ones bring you the most money. Then as you get to higher levels you can try more difficult crimes that give you even more money... and so on, so forth.
