which do u think is better to control and why? training ground or breeding ground

At this point I would say breedery. I say this b/c there are very few high level training grounds out there and they items to get one are very difficult to get. They also have a tendency to disappear from your inventory as soon as madmin notices that you have something that he doesn't.

Also, the set awards include breeders but not really trainers so at the end of the set it is better to be a breeder than a trainer.

Right now, i say breedery. As it have been mention already...it's easier to get upgrade items for breedery then it is for training ground. you are most likely to get breedery lvls when you do a specific crime rather then breedery..also can find them in the market as well.

your question is not clear. what do you mean by controlling?
upgrading? improving supplies and health?

training grounds are hard to upgrade, cause you can't find easily some training ground lvls, but you can keep the supplies and health in a good level easier than breedery.
for best results you need both breedery and training ground (if you are in a gang you can cooperate with your gangmates).

I only stole your TG in order to have fun. that doesn't mean that i'll rob everyone's TG.
