a "stealth car" in the u.k these are a smart brabus with a kind of periscope camera that goes up through the sun roof and photographs cars illegal parking.
they are really just a stealth tax for local governments and have been stupid enough to get fines sent to cars stuck in traffic jams for illegal parking amongst other things (overturned after the newspapers expose the stupidity)
anyway can i have a stealth car that randomly fines any player $60 2-3 times a week for no good reason whatsoever just to annoy everyone else,its legal piracy,no need to thank me everyone for this suggestion
