I think there should be away where u could make gangs fight each other, like u pick a gang to target, and they have an option, of weather or not they wanna go to war with u and if yes then u fight till one out powers another, during the fight depending where u are u pick up different items, and at the end of the fight, u gain money and power, its a way to help smaller gangs gain power or a way for bigger gangs to show why theyre in power. And u can choose different locations to fight such as a bar, alley, or invade the other gangs territory, and if fighting in a bar u could pick up a chair and hit him with it, or in the ally pick up a glass bottle...etc

Gangs fight in bars, and clubs all the time, half the time gang members own the bar anyway maybe not at the ones u go to they perfer to stay away from the rainbow lounge

That might make the game wander from it's original design. Yes the groups are called gtangs, but it's not meant to be a gang of killing off other gangs. Thieves show their power by stealing, so if they are to implement something like this into the game, it should be for having them originally stealing from another gang and it then transform into a bloodshed, possibly.
