HorseBreedery Levels

I own A horse breedery level *** But i still only breed Level 1 horses, any reason for that??

dont you need to train them to get them higher in lvls ?
with breedarys I think you just breed new horses faster or something like that. its just a wild guess tho

p.s you use food and meds?
