There should be a way to remove owner/leader of a gang without having to rejoin it

In the profile, it should be like it was before, and have your list of 1-12 be where the mobsters were, so you can scroll down to see them.

At the beginning of each set, have a specific ending date, if no date is mentioned maybe a "once someone beats this crime, game will reset 1 month later.

Have the option to see gang crimes when their completed. So if my gang does willy or bank, i can see how they did. If failed, completed. What they earned. Who fought. Ect

While robbing people (for supporters) show your mobsters specialties. Also have the spied item list in alphabetical order.

When looking at your item list is says sell. Maybe add a buy link, so you can click buy without having to go all the way through the black market.

Make a link in the home page to "Manage Your Friends"

While looking at the gang management page, it would be cool if it was alphabetical by player names, showed current level, shows specialties, and current in game rank.

If your leader of a gang have the ability to change your own title

Have the ability to block people from messaging you, this includes the anonymous messages. For instance if person A is spamming me, i can open the message and click block.

If your leader of a gang, have the ability to block people from joining. Like block someones ip. For instance person a leaves gang, and tried to rejoin aliased, this would prevent him from doing so.

Minimize gangs to a max of 25-30 members

Game will not get a specific ending date yet because it is still under heavy development.

You can think that this set will end around the middle of october. In any case, You will be informed around a month before.
