A leader should be able to make someone else leader

This way if he is going on vacation or is tired of the responsibility then he can pass the oppurtunity to someone else

been suggested before, but I forgot what conclusion they came up with. since its a nice idea, I think they are working on it

I suggested this not too long ago. Everyone agreed it was a good idea but no action has been taken.
