go to the middle icon on the top, of a guys face

click manage your gang, manage gang treasury, send payment to member, enter members name, send

IF you where rank 95 in our family you could do that, but you are not I know. so there is no way you can send cash straight to a player at the moment. heres link about handling treasury: http://www.booty-master.com/help.php?page=Gang%20Treasury.
but you could announce it in the trade section, then let the other part start an auction. then you make a bid on the agreed price. then the other part closes the auction. its still legal this way according to my knowlegde. but Murzim is planning to make it so we cant buy from fellow family members auctions in a near future
