there cannot be accurracy to this. As many factors play role (such as activity, not everyone tells the truth etc).

The most accurate Top10 if you take in mind IPs + activity (and trim small differences) is:

2.United Kingdom (less than half from US)
3.Greece

5.Malaysia (less than half from Greece)
