PVP Feature: Mobster versus NPC

It'd be nice to be able to do PVP of your mobster versus an NPC. Otherwise, you have to rely on transitive property.

The negatives might be:

hard to code(only TPTB knows)
unbalanced(Only TPTB can determine)

Positives would be:

More donations(PVP feature improves greatly as most use mobsters to fight)

It shouldn't be that hard to code I think, and I agree that such a thing would certainly improve a lot of things.
