my robbing suport workshop doesnt work

since i opend my robbing suport workshop my news wrote 3 times that my industry produced units and items.i see the units to been added in.but no items,and bu news saying i have produced 21 offensive items already.but no items.there is the posibility that i do something rong instead of being a bug but i ve checke everthing already and i dont know what else could it be.my quantity limit was initiatly 0 and now i ve put it on 1,no way there auto selling by that.
pls answer me.i become a suporter just for this feature.i wouldnt be just for history data and fixing sec atributes utilities.but i wanted like hell to have an industry that will help me to robb the better i would make it,and now it isnt working.

This has been ongoing for quite some time. If it is not going to be resolved, it kind of defeats the purpose of having workshops, as we can't make tools to distribute to our teammates. If we can't get it fixed ASAP, can we at least get a response from dev to indicate this isn't being ignored? At the moment, it feels like this is going nowhere, and causing a great deal of frustration for both myself and teammates trying to produce goods as well as teammates waiting expectantly on items to assist them in their efforts.

I would be glad to assist in testing to better identify the cause, if that helps.

We have not been able to verify this bug. Make sure you check your inventory carefully. We know for a fact it happened in the first day but there has been a fix since then.

At any rate, just post again in case this happens again. Include a copy&paste or a screenshot with:
A)The message you got
B)Your item list of Industry Items

Well, not anyone has this problem. I suspect it is a message error. It auto sells low quality items, perhaps the sell message does not appear.

I'll check the message thing. Do post again on this issue.

Must be a specific sub case. Can you copy paste your exact setup ? (and anyone else having the same issue).

i still can't find it...
this happened to me the first few days. then i set the quality limit to 1 and now i'm not producing anything at all.
